2. Electrical Wire Rope Hoist-

An Electrical Wire Rope Hoist is a heavy-duty lifting equipment designed for safe, efficient, and precise vertical lifting of loads in industrial environments. It uses a high-strength steel wire rope wound over a grooved drum and is driven by an electric motor with gearbox arrangement.
These hoists are widely used in steel plants, fabrication shops, warehouses, power plants, workshops, and material handling systems where continuous, reliable lifting is required.

The hoist can be operated through a pendant control , ensuring smooth lifting, lowering, and precise load positioning. Robust construction and safety features make it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

3. Industrial Slip Ring With Carbon Brush & Holder-

Slip Ring with Carbon Brush & Holder is used to transfer electrical power and control signals from a stationary source to a rotating equipment such as Cable Reeling Drum (CRD), cranes, hoists, rotary machines and magnetic drums.

The brass slip rings are mounted on a rotating shaft, while the carbon brushes with spring-loaded holders remain stationary and maintain continuous electrical contact with the rotating rings, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted power flow.

This system is specially designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, offering low contact resistance, long life and stable current transmission.

4. Thruster Brake Spares (Motors, Impeller & Oil Seal) –

These Components Belong To The Thruster Brake Motor Assembly. The Stator Forms The Main Stationary Winding Part Of The Motor, The Plastic Impeller Is Used For Air-Cooling And Ventilation Of The Motor, And The Rubber Oil Seal Prevents Oil Leakage And Protects The Internal Bearings And Shaft From Dust And Contamination. Together, These Parts Ensure Smooth And Reliable Performance Of The Thruster Brake System In Industrial Applications.

The Chain & Sprocket drive system is designed for reliable torque transmission between the motor and the cable reeling drum. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the sprockets are precision-machined for smooth engagement with industrial-grade roller chains. Duplex chain and duplex sprocket options are available for higher load-bearing capacity and continuous-duty operation. This system ensures stable speed control, minimal vibration, and long service life in cable reeling and material-handling applications.

7. Zero Speed Switch With Proximity Sensor

The Zero Speed Switch with Proximity Sensor is an industrial safety and monitoring device designed to detect shaft rotation, belt movement, or equipment motion and to provide a reliable output signal when motion stops or falls below a preset speed. This system is widely used in conveyors, crushers, feeders, bucket elevators, and other rotating machinery in steel plants and heavy industries.

The proximity sensor detects the presence of a rotating target (metal disc, bolt, or shaft), while the zero speed switch processes the signal and activates a relay output when zero speed or under-speed condition occurs. This ensures effective protection against belt slippage, shaft failure, and equipment jamming, enhancing plant safety and operational reliability.
